How to love stress.


The scientific evidence is in – Stress is not bad for you.  In fact, it is a vital part to living a life of purpose and fulfilment.


But only if you believe.


That’s right.  If you are stressed and believe stress is bad for you  – then stress will be bad for you. Your body will suffer in all the ways we are familiar with and you will feel anxious and miserable.


If you are stressed and believe stress is great for you – then stress will be great for you.  Your body’s immediate response will be positive, and you will feel differently in the situation.


So when faced with a choice in which one option may be more stressful than another, consider choosing based on pursuing meaning.  And then learn to manage and embrace the stress of that choice.
