There are eight Talent Dynamics profiles. Each represents a certain mix of energy, thinking and action styles. The profiles are not a label but an entrance point to understand yourself in terms of how you act and think as well as the types of roles that you might be suited to. It supports you to understand why certain tasks and roles drain you, while other jobs excite and energise you.

FAQ: Is it a validated tool?
Actually no, it isn’t yet. We do however have several case studies and hundreds of testimonials from clients all around the world, ‘validating’ that the Talent Dynamics Pathway works and gets results.
Validation shows that there is a percentage likelihood,from when you take a profile test, that the result will be to a certain extent, accurate. The point of this is that it can then say that a profile test is robust. e.g. If it says you are a certain profile, then you probably are.
Talent Dynamics has been created to teach you how to get into and stay in Flow. Being in Flow is a state, where you focus your time on your natural talents, doing the things you love, that get great results. Validation of the profile test has no impact on helping you to get into Flow.
Talent Dynamics is not a psychological profiling tool, as we said before, it’s a Business Development Pathway – you need to take a profile test to discover your personal path of least resistance. Then we can help provide strategies and ways to really improve your personal and team Flow levels.
